PhpStorm 2022.3.3 Release Candidate #2 is now available, and it’s the final build before the stable release.

The only change in this build since the previous RC is the following:

Fixed: High CPU usage on EDT: ActionUpdater.cancelOnUserActivity [IDEA-312313]
